The Placement Cell of KUMARARANI MEENA MUTHIAH COLLEGE OF ARTS AND SCIENCE plays a pivotal role in linking job opportunities for both our undergraduate and postgraduate students as they prepare to graduate from our institution. Since its inception in 2002, the Placement Cell has consistently delivered impressive placement results.

The Placement team operates tirelessly throughout the year, dedicated to fostering connections between companies and our graduates. Free career counseling services/ Industry expert sessions:
Organized to make the students focus on their career goals. Rexona (training academy), Remo International College conducted Grooming and interpersonal skills.
Campus to corporate
Placement training course on employment readiness for all third years since 2013 successfully conducted to transform students from college to the corporate world.
Tech placements and incubation:
Tie up with Pentagon Space, Qspiders, NIIT and Livewire for technical training and placement, exclusively for computer science and computer application students.

Competitive Wing
Facilitate awareness and guidance sessions for competitive and professional exams such as CA/CMA/ICWAI, aiding in successfully cracking entrance exams like TANCET. The Rotary Club organizes free coaching sessions for TNPSC and offers insights on awareness for Bank Exams coaching.
Career guidance
Career guidance and communication skills enhancement sessions that span around various domains, such as medical coding, mobile Android app development, the insurance sector, and business. These skills are refined through structured training programs led by experts from Atulya, VS Innovation, Confined Healthcare, and IASR Academy of Skill Development and Research.
